Delete your account

1. Delete in the customer portal

1. Sign in to your customer account.
2. Open Security from the account menu.
3. Go to Permanently delete account.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, acknowledge that the action is permanent, and confirm.

The signed-in flow verifies your password and completes the deletion in the application. This is the fastest option and does not require a phone call.

2. If you cannot sign in

First use password recovery. If you still cannot access the account, email rmautodetailing94@gmail.com from the address registered to the account and state that you want the account permanently deleted.

We may request information reasonably needed to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send a password, card number or government identification by email unless a specific lawful verification process is explained to you.

3. Information covered by deletion

The application’s deletion process is designed to remove the customer account, saved contact details and address, linked appointments, payments, invoices, account preferences and other application records associated through those appointments. Private vehicle media linked through the deletion process is also removed from active storage where the application controls it.

Account deletion is permanent. A new account must be created if you later want to use the portal again.

4. Limited retention outside the active account

Deletion from the active application does not control records independently maintained by payment, email, hosting or security providers under their own legal obligations and retention schedules. Short-lived backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes. Information that must be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or another applicable legal obligation may be retained only for that purpose.

Square receives card information on its own payment pages; RM Auto Detailing’s website does not store complete card numbers or CVV.
